MOULINEX MIX. VILLAINS HAVE FEELINGS TOO
Luis Moulinex finds a way to creep into the majority of my mixes. What can I say, their sound is nothing short of disco glory. His mix, "Villains Have Feelings Too", is as close to perfect as I'ver heard in recent days. Many times, a producer-switched to- Dj, has imppecable track selection yet falls short in transition and set dynamic. Sure they're great tunes, but does beat mapping a handful of bangers and shoving them into an indiscriminate mishmash of audio soup constitute a good mix?? Moulinex gives us the remedy to cruddy go-no-where mixes. VHFT, is a journey and an almost retrospect into the archives of house history in parts. With great care to how these tracks work together I highly recommend this one!!
